ReplyMate is a Chrome browser extension that helps users reply to tweets on X.com (formerly Twitter) by providing intelligent reply suggestions and helper tools.

ReplyMate provides:

  • AI-powered reply suggestions for tweets on X.com
  • Integration with X.com interface to facilitate tweet replies
  • User authentication and account management
  • Personalized reply generation based on user preferences

The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

To use certain features of ReplyMate, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and complete information when creating your account

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

You agree not to use ReplyMate to:

  • Generate or distribute spam, harassment, or abusive content
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ReplyMate and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create using ReplyMate. However, by using the Service, you grant ReplyMate a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

7. Third-Party Services

ReplyMate integrates with X.com (Twitter) and may use other third-party services. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of any third-party services or websites.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REPLYMATE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReplyMate, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use the Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ReplyMate regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
